Philosophy:
Individuals have a desire to strive towards their path to Wholeness in body, mind, and spirit. At times individuals seek healing practitioners to aid in this self-healing process. Massage therapy is a proven venue for addressing the root causes of ailments and correcting the imbalances through therapeutic touch and manipulation.
About The Owner
Benjamin J. Carde BSW, LMT, is a nationally board certified massage and bodyworks therapist. He has acquired extensive experience in the field of physical therapy and chiropractic care as a physical therapist technician. Mr. Ben utilizes massage and manual therapeutic modalities for a wide range of chronic pain, orthopedic, and neurologic diagnoses. Mr. Ben has specialized training and provide treatment utilizing a variety of mechanical non-invasive devices to promote healing, body contouring, and neuromuscular restorative care.
He has also completed coursework and acquired additional certifications in massage therapy for opioid relief and ultrasonic fat cavitation. Mr. Ben has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio.

Mr. Ben founded and opened Integrity Health LLC in 2019 to address the need for timely and quality supportive care. He has helped many patients who have had challenging with alleviating chronic pain. He participates with the United States Department of Veteran Affairs Community Care Network. Mr. Ben is an Army veteran having served a tour of duty as a non-commissioned officer in Operation Iraqi Freedom. As a disabled combat veteran Mr. Ben advocate for the needs of military veterans and first responders.

Mr. Ben is recognized as a medical massage therapist with the gift of “healing hands”. He values educating his clients about their health conditions and devising strategies to minimize the effects of their chronic pain conditions in addition to providing outstanding medical massage interventions. Mr. Ben’s passion is for helping his customer achieve lasting pain relief and restored adaptive functioning. He takes pride in “jump starting” his clients to experience quantifiable chronic pain relief and restore adaptive functioning.
